I’ve been sleeping very late, way too late, as i’ve been watching Dr. House MD, my current addiction. I want to scream each time i wake up in the morning and look myself in the mirror. The eye bags and the wrinkles are showing up! I need the best eye wrinkle cream very badly. But you know, i can’t stop from watching Dr. House either. Maybe when i finish watching the first few episodes of Season 6 then i’d focus on beautifying myself. Heheh!

I know a lot of you out there are House fanatics as well. Can’t blame me right? Now i need a cup of coffee.

I hate hospitals. I don’t like the sight of blood. That’s probably the reason why taking up nursing was not in my choice back then. But i do have a very high regard towards medical practitioners especially the doctors. Especially that i’ve been watching House, MD. Heheh! Now, i wouldn’t mind to be under his prowess for a fellowship. I watched Doogie Howser MD before but it didn’t change my mind about medical courses. Gregory House MD changed my mind! I wonder if they’d feature a case about mesothelioma which is common to factory workers. They’ve already featured about Leptospirosis which is killing hundreds already in the country today.

P.S. Can’t wait to watch Season 6 of House MD. I hope my officemate won’t forget to bring his copy tomorrow.

I was gonna look up for an insurance quote online when i decided to do rounds first of the blogs i usually visit. I’m normally proud of my roots. I’m proud to be a Filipino but having to read another inglorious and scandalous article about the government, it does shame me. It’s about one of the sectors of our government which seems to be hoarding the relief goods from other countries. The goods should be partly enjoyed by the typhoon victims, but instead the goods are stocked in the warehouse, waiting for i don’t know?! If it’s true, corruption is already filthy enough, but doing it over the items that ought to be distributed to the victims? It’s just too disgusting. Ok, maybe it’s not corruption. But why delay the distribution?

I never want to rant about governance or anything for that matter in my blog but what i read is just too skanky.

Growing up, i rarely attend wedding ceremonies. I didn’t even become a flower girl or bride’s maid. The closest family member who got married was my cousin and i was already in college then. My godmother invited me to her wedding but i didn’t attend because i didn’t want to be absent from school. I started getting wedding invitations when i was working already. I have more than 20 cards which i collect. I was supposedly a maid of honor last time but i humbly declined because the wedding was in Davao. I don’t travel alone at that time. But i did travel to Bacolod last 2004 to attend the wedding of my friend and colleague. Looking at all the cards and knowing where my friends are now. I only got one question in mind - why is everyone married and i’m not? :D

Yeah i know, it’s not appropriate to talk about vacations when most of my fellow countrymen are still recovering from the wrath of the two typhoons that recently hit the country. But the show must continue as they say. My colleagues are already mentioning of some places to go to next year. We’re even planning on having a fund so we would have enough doughs by next year. I ever wonder if we have the likes of Outer Banks beach rentals but nothing really to worry about because there are lots of beach resorts we could go to. I’ve been to most of the places they mentioned but i wouldn’t mind going there again. I’ve read somewhere that we should go the same place twice and the experience is never the same. Definitely! But personally, i still have a lot of things to save for. So, well just see. :)
