Be Yourself
It is important that you could express yourself in a way that is most honest and comfortable for you. In this way, you are able to build a sense of confidence in dealing with your own self and towards others.

Be Organized
Have a definite plan of action. Be clear about your objectives, look ahead, prepare before hand.

Be Flexible
Be ready to adjust in a moment’s notice. Some things may not work the way you thought it would.

Be Open
Respect the uniqueness of each person. Listen to their feelings and ideas even if you don’t agree with them. At the same time, be ready to challenge positions that are unclear.

Be Happy
Enjoy your work, the company of people. Be positive. Take it easy on yourself.

BELIEVE.
Believe that God is at work in all your activities. Remember the Lasallian Prayer — Live It. Believe in the people with whom you are privileged to share the living faith.

In today’s era, it’s as if all things are wireless. At work, I’m handling projects that involve remote keyless activation of cars and its functionalities. I think it’s cool but somehow it’s not good for the health (as in with all other things that don’t require an ounce of strength). Having to just press a button, you’re almost unable to move a muscle. Let alone for cars with passive entries, you need not press anything as long as you’re carrying a valid key fob. Well, technology is evolving.

But at home or in offices, anything that is wireless is sleeker. No need to bundle up wires that sometimes may cause mishaps. I was once even reprimanded for violating the 5S because the electrical wires weren’t kept neatly. So you know, neat is such a relative word. How do you standardize the word neat eh? For households with little children, a Linksys router is a sure winner. It’s a wireless router that frees you from worrying kids tripping down, etc. And it’s tidy looking too! I should include this in my things-to-buy next time.

As I watched a late night show last week, I learned that there is already an existing building in the country that is made of steel. It is designed by a company owned by a public official, who is vying for a higher position this coming May elections. I wanted to see in person what steel buildings actually look like and how different it is from the regular buildings.

I also want to go visit Dubai. It now has the tallest building in the world or Asia? Not sure. I’m not really a fan for tall buildings but it’s the interiors that I’m most fascinated about. When I got a chance to visit Hongkong, it seemed to me that the city is floating with buildings. I ever wonder if I could live in a community like that. But my friends in Singapore said it’s pretty much the same. And they’re enjoying their stay so maybe I’d get to appreciate it as well.

Yay! It’s the love month already! Just how time flies and now it’s February. Love is in the air - just a few more days to go and it’s Valentine’s Day. I wouldn’t say it’s the most anticipated day for the single ones. I, speaking on their behalf. Hahah! But, on a general note I think ladies are the ones who are more particular on this special occasion. So, to all my male friends out there, be sure you already have in mind some unique gifts for her to give. By her, it could be your better half, sister, mother or lady friends. If I were born on Valentine’s day, I would definitely demand for two gifts. One for my birthday and one for the heart’s day. Lol! :D
